Our guarantee and return policy is simple and straight forward. We stand behind all the products we sell. Our mission is to ensure your shopping experience is enjoyable and hassle free. In the event a product is damaged, defective or as a result of a shipping error please contact as soon as possible so we can make the appropriate corrections.
Many items may be returned if we are notified within 7 days after your receipt of product. Since the majority of products we sell are treat and food related items we are unable to accept returns beyond the 7 day grace period. You will need to contact us at office.dogcatsupply@gmail.com or by phone at 860-236-5587 for a return authorization. Please note that only unopened items in their original condition may be returned. This is necessary to insure safety and sanitary standards are maintained. Chew toys, bulk and natural treat items may not be returned for the same reasons specified above.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We encourage use of the United States Postal Service for your returns.
