Shipping Information

Handling Charge

All orders over the minimum will receive free shipping. An additional small handling charge will be applied to free shipping orders.

Shipping Charges

The displayed shipping charges apply to the contiguous 48 states only. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories will incur an additional small shipping charge to cover the extra expense added by the shipper.

To keep shipping cost low we select the cheapest carrier to deliver the packages. If you wish us to ship your package using a more costly provider, the extra cost incurred will be passed on to you, and detailed on you invoice.

Customer error such as incorrect address information, that results in additional fees charged to us, will be passed on to the customer. We usually are assessed these fees within 10 days from the carriers. Therefore these costs will be passed on to the customer and an email will be sent explaining the charge.

We currently accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa or Discover. Your card will be processed when your order is ready to be shipped. Our shopping cart is fully secured and safe for your credit card information but if you wish to place your order over the phone or have any questions or comments don't hesitate to call us at: 860-236-5587.

If you would like to order offline with a check or money order please fill out this form and mail it to us. In order to expedite your shipment, the use of Money Orders is highly recommended. Use of personal checks will delay your order until the check is cleared. This process can take up to 10 business days.

Tracking Your Package

For Online Ordering

After we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your shipment, including your tracking number.

* Using your FedEx tracking number, you can determine the status of your package by visiting the FedEx web site located at http://www.fedex.com/us/tracking/ or by calling FedEx directly at 1-800-463-3339.

* Please note that some circumstances may affect delivery of your order, such as whether your shipping address is a house or an apartment and whether deliveries can be left outdoors. FedEx, or USPS policies for your area may dictate that your package be held at a local office until you pick it up in person. Call your local FedEx, or post office directly to learn the delivery policy for your area.

Delivery Times

Most orders ship within 24 hours. To ensure your orders are shipped in the most efficient manner, DogCatSupply uses several carriers to ship our products. We take into account the weight of the packages and their destination when selecting the best carrier to use. We currently use either FedEx Home Delivery, or USPS Parcel Post.

We're sorry but at this time multiple shipping addresses (i.e. portions of the order are sent to more than one address) cannot be handled on one order. Please place a separate order for each separate ship to address.

To expedite your return, please ship item(s) and your packing slip, stating the reason for the return, to:

* Your credit card will be credited within 48 hours of merchandise receipt and an email confirmation will be sent to you.

* If your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by DogCatSupply, or a damaged or defective product, we will refund merchandise and shipping charges to your credit card. We will reimburse shipping charges incurred to return incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise to DogCatSupply, but not to exceed the published FedEx Ground rate for the weight of the package.

* If returning merchandise for any other reason, you are required to pay all shipping charges, including the cost incurred to us to ship the item to you (for orders that received free shipping). Only unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned for credit.
