Orders receiving free shipping will be sent via Smart Post. Smart Post is a service offered by Fedex where packages are transferred to and delivered by the United States Postal Service. Please allow 5 to 10 days for delivery.
Faster shipping at discounted pricing: Dogcatsupply.com is pleased to offer faster shipping at discounted pricing. Orders over $69.95 can select the Fast Flat Rate option with 2 to 5 day service guaranteed for only $6.95. This represents a significant savings.

All orders over $69.95 receive Subsidized Shipping

If it fits, and your order is over $69.95 the shipping charges are as follows:
Medium Flat Rate Box: $21.00
Large Flat Rate Box: $28.00
*Alaska and Hawaii USPS RATES - If your package is being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, United States Postal Service rates will typically be substantially lower than Fedex Express rates. Although selecting FEDEX will work, you may alternatively select the "Alaska Hawaii USPS" method from the dropdown shipping menu during checkout. AFTER your package is pulled and weighed, we will email an updated invoice with the actual USPS shipping charge added to the total. However, you will NOT be charged until you reply to the Dogcatsupply.com office with approval of the new invoice total.
NOTE- Customers will incur all fees resulting from any shipping information errors provided to us; such as change of address fees.

Our guarantee and return policy is simple and straight forward. We stand behind all the products we sell. Our mission is to ensure your shopping experience is enjoyable and hassle free. In the event a product is damaged, defective or as a result of a shipping error please contact as soon as possible so we can make the appropriate corrections.
Many items may be returned if we are notified within 7 days after your receipt of product. Since the majority of products we sell are treat and food related items we are unable to accept returns beyond the 7 day grace period. You will need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 860-236-5587 for a return authorization. Please note that only unopened items in their original condition may be returned. This is necessary to insure safety and sanitary standards are maintained. Chew toys, bulk and natural treat items may not be returned for the same reasons specified above. Special orders cannot be exchanged or returned. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice with your return. Please let us know why you are returning the product.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless of course it is our error. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We encourage use of the United States Postal Service for your returns.
