For a long time i purchased your product in a local shop when i started to purchase from your company the quality of the bones have gone down.There was plenty of meat on the outside of the bones and marrow on both ends that my dog would work on to get it out.Regardless of my requests it has not been met for the last few orders placed with you.This last box had hard dry ends that are not filled with soft marrow.I am responding to your survey because i want to continue with my regular purchase i like the fact this is a domestic product and hope that your version of customer service is one that most companys no longer offer in our time.Alan idf you see this it would be a good time to rerspond
